1. Delivery Times
Our standard delivery time is 7-14 business days depending on your location. Pre-ordered or custom furniture items will have specific ETAs listed on their product pages.
- In-Stock Items: Dispatched within 48 hours.
- PreOrder Items: Delivery within 3-8 weeks (as specified on product page).
- Custom Furniture: Timeline provided during consultation.
2. Shipping Charges
We offer competitive shipping rates based on the size and weight of your order, as well as your delivery location.
- Delivery Charges: Delivery charges will be decided after consultation, based on the delivery distance and the volume of the items.
3. Installation & Assembly
Many of our premium pieces include complimentary white-glove delivery and assembly. Our trained professionals will carefully deliver the furniture to your room of choice, assemble it, and remove all packaging materials.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery status.
